River of Life Centre (ROLC) was set up in 1999 and has been running events, courses, programmes and activities in the wider Counties/Manukau area ever since.Each year, the Trust reaches through its various events and programmes over 200 people.

Events and Programmes the Centre has run in the 2010 year included:
Fortnightly indoor bowls competition

Monthly outings for senior citizens

Monthly visits by volunteers to Papakura rest homes to socialise with those in the rest homes.

Four Parenting courses for families in Papakura and Pukekohe

The Trust has provided over 100 free counselling sessions through our counsellor

Our services are inclusive of those in our community who are disadvantaged and we provide for a diverse of cultural and ethnic backgrounds and income and education levels. As such, we will encourage the reduction of broken relationships, violence, abuse, neglect and crime.
